How do I sign up for trash service?
You can call or text our office at (816)-295-7771 or sign up for service online by clicking, "Sign Up For Trash Service".
How much notice do I need to give to start service?
We can add new customers to our route usually within 1-2 business days.
Do you service my area for trash pickup?
Right now we only offer weekly trash pickup to the cities of Oak Grove and Buckner.
How does your billing work?
We bill our residential customers every quarter (3-months). We create and email invoices at least 14 days before the start of the quarter and payment is due by the first day of the quarter. Accounts whose payments are not received by the 14th of the month will be assessed a $10 late fee and services will be placed on hold until full payment has been made.
What are your rates?
First Option: $25 a month
With the $ 25-a-month option, you can use your trash container (up to 96 gallons).
Second Option: $28.50 a month
With the $28.50 a month option, we will supply you with one of our 96-gallon trash containers.
What are your weekly trash limits?
The trash limit is 96 gallons per week.
If you need a greater weekly limit please contact us so that we can set something up with you.
What time should my trash be out?
All trash must be curbside by 6:00 AM to avoid being missed.
Do you offer recycling?
At this time we do not.
In addition to your trash rate, do you charge any extra fees/surcharges to my bill?
Please note that the only fee we charge is a 3.5% convenience fee if paying by credit card.
This fee will be waived if paying by a check.
Besides this, you will not see any environmental, fuel, nor administrative surcharge fees on your billings.
Do you pick-up bulk items, and how do I schedule pick-up of bulk items?
We do pick-up bulk items for an additional charge which varies based on the items and quantity. In order to schedule a pick-up or to find out pricing, please call or text our office at (816)-295-7771. Our office staff can give you pricing and schedule a pick-up within one day or sometimes same-day.
What is not allowed in my trash?
We do not accept any items that are considered hazardous. Hazardous items include, but are not limited to, wet paint, oil, and hazardous chemicals. We also do not accept dirt, gravel, concrete, landscape materials, nor tires.
Can I use a residential garbage container that belonged to my previous service provider?
Sorry, those containers are property of another trash hauler and we cannot service them.
